With this diet, you eat 200 calories one day, 400 calories the next, 600 after that, and 800 for the last day, then the cycle repeats. People also commonly add a fast day after the 800 day, then repeat the whole cycle.
The diet is used by most people who want to loose weight fast and who want to keep it off. The purpose of it is to keep your metabolism guessing because all it knows is what was consumed the day before and doesn't know what the future holds.
Of course, like every other diet exercise must still be included. On average a person who abides by 2468 should loose 10 lbs per month.

3 Hour Diet
Idea of this one is that you eat 50 to 100 calories every 3 hours during a 12 hour day.
So you would do [for example] 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, 8pm.
If you do it at it's max calories, that's still only 500 cals for the whole day.

Eating very little but often will speed up your metabolism, plus you will only be eating up to 500 calories during the day and will feel fuller because you are eating often.

Ana Boot Camp [ABC] Diet
ABC is a restricted calorie diet that lasts for 50 days. The diet is based on the concept of calorie shifting, a dieting theory born from the idea that when you reduce your food intake suddenly, your body shifts into "starvation mode," an evolutionary defense mechanism in which your body's metabolism becomes more efficient in order to cope with an expected shortage of food. By varying the number of calories each day you presumably trick the body into not realizing that it is being confronted with a shortage of food, thus preventing starvation mode.
The ABC Diet works because of the extreme calorie restriction, causing rapid weight loss. Many dieters report losing over 20lbs on the ABC Diet if the diet is followed correctly. Those who do not complete all 50 days lose less weight.
